The project site is a narrow strip of land running parallel to the river, and the villa’s form was shaped directly in response to the site’s layout. The surrounding mountains are covered with stone, and the river is bordered by lush green trees. Everything in the environment already existed; the designers only needed to harmonize their intervention with what was naturally there.
A major design challenge was to orient the villa towards the surrounding landscape while preserving privacy — a key consideration based on the lifestyle of its residents. This balance played a defining role in shaping the final design.

This dual-complex development is interconnected through a series of pedestrian bridges, uniting different sections of the site. The main design challenge was to create a factory complex composed of diverse and overlapping functions, including production spaces, storage areas, technical facilities, office spaces, and laboratories.
One volume was dedicated to production spaces, support functions, and warehouses, designed with future expansion in mind. This mass was later developed into a large, white cubic form with a semi-transparent skin, giving it a distinct architectural identity.
